About Me

I love what I do.

I grew up in a very holistic family, and have always had an interest in learning ways to help the body self correct and regain balance. I’ve been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in SC since 1998 and have focused my training on treating causes of those painful, "stuck" areas. I specialize in CranioSacral Therapy, which allows me to use a light-touch approach to release tensions deep in the body to release pain and improve my clients' overall quality of life.

​I began my career working closely with pain management Physicians, along with Family Practice doctors and chiropractors. The focus of my practice has been (and continues to be) helping people with chronic pain, including TMJ dysfunction, migraines, herniated and bulging discs, spinal stenosis, muscular pain, and post surgical recovery,  to list a few.

I love what I do, and I love being able to improve a person's quality of life. It truly brings me joy! I moved to Beaufort, SC in June of 2019, and I’m looking forward to meeting the people of my community, and putting over two decades of experience to work.
